Jennifer Rogers has a 30yr plus background in finance. Before her employment with Sabin CDC she worked in the mortgage business processing mortgage loans. She loved helping buyers whether it was a first time home buyer or a buyer moving up from their current home or purchasing another property. She feels this is one of the biggest purchases someone will make in their lives and her goal was always to make it be an easy process for them. She takes these same feeling to this job in whether it’s helping applicants find housing or our current residents being happy at where they live at and if they fall into a problem helping then find rental assistance so they can keep their housing.
